It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer store credits which you can redeem in any of our existing or future collections, only if you inform us that you require a return/exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then arrange pick up for your returning item/s. This resolution applies if; 

• ·         The item does not fit you, 
• ·         You are not satisfied with the quality

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sales items.

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:  

• ·         The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached 
• ·         The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan) 
• ·         The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date 
• ·         The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
• ·         A receipt and proof of purchase is available.

THE CULT ORIGINAL reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by THE CULT ORIGINAL. 

 Returns will take approximately 5 – 7 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse. 

Please note that we do not do cash refunds for your returns.

 INTERNATIONAL 

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.  
• All returns must be made within 30 days of order date, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members. 
• International returns are delivered to and processed by an International Facility within 24 hours of being received. This allows us to get you’re the CULT ORIGINAL store credit out to you faster! 

 STORE CREDITS  THE CULT ORIGINAL store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 12 months. If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.

Purchases and Payment

Customers must provide The Cult Original with complete and accurate details when making purchases. The Cult Original is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. The Cult Original is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once The Cult Original receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by The Cult Original staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Fraud

The Cult Original takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Cancellation

The Cult Original reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

The Cult Original is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
