It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer store credits which you can redeem in any of our existing or future collections, only if you inform us that you require a return/exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then arrange pick up for your returning item/s. THE CULT ORIGINAL reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by THE CULT ORIGINAL. Returns will take approximately 5 – 7 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse. Please note that we do not do cash refunds for your returns.
